climbing wall is a digital video installation created specifically
for photo SF 2005. Disassembled LCD panels hang on string on the three adjacent walls of
the booth. The center wall consists of 1.8" LCD panels. The adjacent wall to the right has 4" and 6.8" LCD panels, while the wall to the left has 2.5" LCD panels installed. The center wall features a variation on a digital animation created for scopeNY 2005, based on the Muybridge photos woman ascending ladder and man ascending ladder. Two new digital video animations play on the LCD panels on the two adjacent walls based on rock climbing videos.
